Do I need to switch off QuickBooks?

Will the AI screw up my client's books?

The AI never writes to QuickBooks without your explicit confirmation. Every proposed change is shown to you with the before-and-after, and you click to approve. Read-only firm members can't write anything, ever. Every write is audit-logged. And QuickBooks itself maintains its own transaction history — anything the AI does can be undone in QBO directly.

Will my client see things I don't want them to see?

The client portal only shows what you've published to it. Dashboards you generated stay private until you click "Send to Client." Reports can be hidden or deleted from the client's view at any time. The client's AI assistant is read-only and limited to their own data.
